What to bring with you
One thing we know about the Vancouver weather is that if you don’t like it… wait a few hours because it’s going to change. Because of this we recommend that you dress for all types of weather for your fishing charter. What starts off as a cool morning for sportfishing can often change to a sunny and hot day. Please make sure that you are also wearing non-marking soft sole shoes. The boat is covered and very comfortable but if it does look like rain, a rain jacket might be a good idea. Feel free to bring along any food or beverages that you would like.
Don’t forget to bring a camera…
but please leave the banana’s at home.

The ‘Mongoose Striker’ is located at Sewell’s Marina in the picturesque village of Horseshoe Bay, West Vancouver. The scenic 20 min drive from downtown Vancouver is a great opportunity to admire some of the most spectacular scenery that the area has to offer. Whether it’s a Bald Eagle soaring overhead or a deer at the side of the road, this drive will add to the spectacular scenery you will see throughout your salmon fishing experience.
If you are needing a ride out to Sewell’s Marina. For a nominal fee we have a shuttle service that can pick you up and drop you off at your hotel.
